1 License Grant

Azevem grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to this EULA.

This license is granted solely for lawful internal use together with authorized Azevem services.

2 Ownership and Reserved Rights

The app is licensed, not sold. Azevem and its licensors retain all rights to software, source code, trademarks, content, interfaces, and updates.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this EULA.

3 Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the app except as permitted by law;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code;
• Remove legal notices, IP legends, technical protections, or compliance metadata;
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, sell, or assign the app to third parties;
• Use the app in violation of applicable law, app store policies, or third-party rights.

4 Updates

Azevem may provide updates, bug fixes, and security improvements. Some features may require the latest app version.

Updates provided by Azevem are deemed part of the app and are subject to this EULA unless expressly stated otherwise.

5 Third-Party Software and Services

The app may interoperate with third-party components, libraries, and services, which may be governed by separate terms.

Azevem is not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services outside Azevem's control.

6 Warranties and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Azevem does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or universal compatibility across all devices, operating systems, or networks, except for non-waivable legal rights.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azevem's total liability for direct damages related to the app will not exceed the greater of BRL 100.00 and the amount actually paid by you for the app in the 12 months preceding the event.

Azevem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Term and Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or Azevem.

If you breach this EULA, the license may be revoked immediately. In that case, you must stop using and delete app copies to the extent required by law.

9 Export Controls and Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in an embargoed jurisdiction and are not on any restricted-party list that would prohibit receiving the app.

You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the app.

10 Additional Terms for iOS App Obtained Through the Apple App Store

If you obtain the iOS app through the Apple App Store, this section also applies.

You and Azevem acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Azevem, not with Apple.

• The iOS license is limited, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, and is valid only for Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Azevem, and not Apple, is responsible for iOS app maintenance and support where required by law or this EULA.
• To the extent any warranty cannot be disclaimed by law, Azevem is responsible for that warranty. Apple may, where applicable, refund the purchase price paid for the app under Apple's policies.
• Azevem, and not Apple, is responsible for handling claims related to the iOS app, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, consumer rights, privacy, and similar matters.
• In case of third-party intellectual property infringement claims related to the iOS app, Azevem, and not Apple, is responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge.
• You represent that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not listed on any U.S. prohibited or restricted party list.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the iOS app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you after your acceptance of this EULA.

11 Additional Terms for Android App Obtained Through Google Play

If you obtain the Android app through Google Play, this section also applies.

The Android app license and related obligations are between you and Azevem; Google is not a party to this EULA.

• If this EULA conflicts with mandatory Google Play terms, Google Play terms prevail to the extent needed to resolve the conflict.
• Azevem remains responsible for Android app support and maintenance and for handling user questions and complaints.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, reinstall, and refund flows for Google Play purchases are governed by applicable Google Play policies.
• If the Android app processes personal or sensitive data, such processing must comply with Azevem's Privacy Policy, applicable law, and Google Play disclosure requirements.

12 Governing Law and Venue

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Venue is the court district of Panambi, RS, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
